  • Are my details safe and confidential?

    Magazine Heaven stores all personal details with the utmost security and follows strict privacy guidelines. We will never sell or share your details with any third party, except for the purpose of fulfilling your subscription. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

  • Can I change my password?

    Yes, you can. To change your password simply log into "My Account" and select 'change password' under Contact Information to change your password.

ORDERING

  • Can I give a subscription as a gift?

    Yes, our magazine subscriptions make fantastic gifts for any occasion!

  • Can I order back issues of a particular magazine or newspaper?

    We offer a number of back issues across certain titles - please visit www.magazineheaven.com and browse via our categories or Magazine Finder tab for specific magazines.

    Our store based in Rushden Lakes stocks all 3000+ of our magazines, so if you're somewhat local, please come and visit us!

PAYMENT, RECEIPTS & INVOICES

  • How will you acknowledge my subscription order?

    You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been processed. This email will be sent to you immediately after your order has been placed and may take up to 15 minutes to come through. It will confirm the details of your purchase including the price, the billing name and address, and the delivery name and address. Please check your junk/spam inbox on the chance it doesn't come through to your inbox

  • In what ways can I pay for my subscriptions?

    You can pay by credit or debit card, or use a PayPal account. Please note that you are not able to redeem your e-Gift Cards against subscription purchases, these can only be used against single issue magazines.

DELIVERY

  • Can I transfer my subscription to a different magazine?

    Unfortunately we are not able to transfer subscriptions to different titles after purchase.

  • How do I change my address or contact details?

    You can log into your account on the Magazine Heaven site here. In your 'My Account' section, you can change these details. Please note that subscriptions are often sent on the same day of purchase, so you would need to contact us via our contact form here for any urgent changes such as address details, quoting your order number, current address, and the new address you would like all future subscriptions sent to. Please note that an additional shipping fee may apply dependant on the new shipping region.

  • How long do I have to wait for my first issue to arrive?

    Your subscription will be sent within 24 hours when starting with the current issue, otherwise your subscription would be despatched as soon as the subsequent issue is released by the publisher to us if starting on the "next issue".

  • My magazine hasn't arrived, what do I do?

    If your magazine hasn't arrived or you think it may be running late please contact us here with details of your subscription.

  • What issue will my subscription start with? Can I specify which issue it will be?

    Your subscription can start with either the current issue listed on our website, or the "next issue" - both of these options are listed upon purchase and you can opt for either.

    We ship Worldwide daily, and all countries that we ship to are listed on the drop down at checkout.

TRANSFERS, RENEWALS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Can I cancel my subscription/s?

    You can cancel your subscription within 24 hours of placing it, and we will provide a full refund.

    If you request a cancellation more than 48 hours after placing your order, we are not able to offer a refund.

  • Does the price of the subscription include delivery?

    Yes, all pricing for magazine subscriptions includes delivery costs.

  • How do I renew a subscription?

    All subscriptions are renewed in the same way the initial purchase was made - simply visit our site www.magazineheaven.com, find your magazine, and checkout via "buy subscription"!

MISCELLANEOUS

  • Do you offer a corporate service?

    Yes, we can set up a corporate quote for your company. You can pay for your order via bacs or company credit/debit card. To find out more please contact us here with your enquiry.
